You can read every page without an account, and there is nothing to sign up for. This page lists what happens to your data when you visit. ## The short version PromptPlay has no accounts, sign-up forms, comments or newsletter. Our pages run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our code sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. Fonts, images and scripts all load from promptplay.io itself, not from other hosts. Our web host sees standard request details, as every web host does. That is covered below. ## Hosting and request logs PromptPlay is hosted on Vercel. When your browser asks for a page, Vercel's servers receive the details any web server receives: your IP address, the address you asked for, the time, your browser's user agent and the page that linked you here. Vercel processes these details to serve and protect the site. How Vercel handles them is set out in [Vercel's privacy policy](https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy). We do not feed these details into analytics or use them to build a profile of you. ## The AI Slop Detector The [AI Slop Detector](/ai-slop-detector) checks your text with code that runs in your browser. The text you paste is not sent to our server or anyone else, and it is not saved. Close or reload the page and it is gone. The copy button puts the result on your own clipboard and nowhere else. ## Site search for people and AI agents The [/ask](/ask) endpoint searches our public pages. A search query you send there goes to our server, gets matched against our pages and comes back with the results. Our code does not save or log the query. If a search fails, the server logs the error. A query sent in the address (a GET request) is part of the address, so it can appear in the host's request logs. The Markdown versions of our pages, [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) and [/llms-full.txt](/llms-full.txt) only serve our public pages. The /webmcp.js script loads only in browsers that offer AI agent tools, and it only reads PromptPlay's own pages. ## Email If you email us at , Troy gets your email address and whatever you write. We use it to read your message, reply and fix pages. We do not add you to a mailing list. ## Links to other sites Reviews link to app stores, app websites and the sources behind each claim. Once you follow a link, the other site's own privacy policy applies. ## Children PromptPlay is not directed at children under 13. Some of the apps we review are for adults only.
